There is an easy way to check if a company or contact is already created in Selltis. On each form, you’ll find an icon next to the company name and the contact last name fields that looks like multiple sheets of paper.
If you type in the last name and the first name and then click that icon, it will tell you if there are duplicates. If none, it will tell you there are no duplicates.
It works the same with the Company Name field. Enter the company name and click the duplicate check icon.
After clicking the icon on either form, you will see a yellow box at the top of the form that will tell you whether there is a duplicate or not on that company or contact already in your system.
